Allow DBRC to use the IMS Managed ACB repositories as the location for DBD information for NOTIFY.REORG commands when DBRC's RECON header specifies the CATALOG parameter and the Index Build function runs as a standalone job step.  

NOCATALG(NO)

Force DBRC to use the IMS DD as the location for DBD information for NOTIFY.REORG commands when the Index Build function runs as a standalone job step.

NOCATALG(YES)

Internal default: No

This keyword is intended to allow a SIU job step to override the INIT.RECON CATALOG keyword.
