Time expressions

Two types of time expressions are allowed: relational and arithmetic.

Relational time expressions provide for comparing two times to determine their relative magnitude (for example, greater than, less than, or equal to). Arithmetic time expressions consist of two times or a time and a numeric value equal to some number of hours, minutes, seconds, or fractions of a second. Variables, constants, and system data variables are allowed as terms in time expressions.
