Activating IMS Connect RTN/RSN codes

To display the IMS Connect generic reason codes, activate the option to replace the Energizer reason codes with the corresponding IMS Connect reason codes. With generic reason codes, your existing automation (that you created by using reason codes from IMS Connect) continues to work.

Activating the option to replace Energizer reason codes with IMS Connect reason codes does not replace Energizer-specific reason codes. IMS Connect reason codes replace Energizer-specific reason codes only if both codes have the same descriptions.

To activate the option

1. Navigate to the IMS Connect Options panel.

2. Type a forward slash (/) before the Activate IBM IMS Connect RSM RTN/RSN Codes option and save the options.

3. Reload the IMS Connect option by using the RELOAD command.

   Warning

   Important

   You can skip the reload if you are recycling the IMS Connect started task.

To deactivate the option

1. Navigate to the IMS Connect Options panel.
2. In the Activate IBM IMS Connect RSM RTN/RSN Codes option, delete the forward slash (/) and save the options.
3. Reload the IMS Connect options by using the RELOAD command.
