Trace and Journal commands


The Energizer Commands - Trace/Journal panel lists commands that you can use to display and set trace and journal options.

To issue a command, type the number of the command and press Enter.

(PTFs BQQ3969 and BQQ3973 applied)

The new Start Date Time field enables you to search transaction and event trace records based on the date and time the user enters.

If you specify a value for this field and a value for the Starting Sequence # field for trace types TRAN or EVNT, the Starting Sequence # value is ignored.

Warning

If you leave the Start Date Time value blank and subsequently execute an Energizer command involving the STRTDTM keyword — such as DISPLAY TRACE TYPE(TRAN) STRTDTM() — error message BMCIPA1115E is displayed.

If you enter an invalid Start Date Time value and subsequently execute an Energizer command involving the STRTDTM keyword, error message BMCIPA1125E is displayed.
