IMS Connect fields
The following table lists the required fields that must be defined in the IMS Connect address space:

IMS Connect Name | Specifies the 1- to 8-character job or started task name for the IMS Connect address space It is used as the member name in the options library in the IMS Connect address space. |
Description | (Optional) Specifies a name that helps you identify the IMS Connect Mixed case and spaces are allowed |
eGroup | Specifies the names of the eGroup configuration member that is used for an IMS Connect address space |
Datastore routing configuration | Specifies the name of the DataStore Router configuration member that is used for an IMS Connect address space If you do not specify a Datastore routing configuration member name, routing is disabled. |
Exit services configuration | Specifies the name of the Exit services configuration member that is used for an IMS Connect address space If you do not specify an Exit services configuration member name, HWSJAVA0 is enabled. |
ODBM configuration | Specifies the name of the ODBM Routing Options member that is used for the IMS Connect address space. If you do not specify an ODBM options name, ODBM routing is disabled. |
Execute Commands member | Specifies the name of the Execute Commands member that is used for an IMS Connect address space, if any The member must exist in the PROCLIB concatenation for the address space, and may contain Energizer commands to be executed upon initialization. |
Auto cancel clients | Specifies the name of the Auto Cancel clients member to be used for timeout of the clients connected to IMS Connect. The member must exist in PROCLIB |
Host name | Specifies the name of the host computer on which the IMS Connect is installed You may enter the IP address in dotted decimal form (for example, 127.0.0.1) or the equivalent domain name. If you leave this entry blank, the local host (the system to which you are logged on) is the default host. |
Port | Specifies the port number that is assigned to the IMS Connect |
Pass IMS Connect data to Logger | Specifies whether IMS Connect statistics and performance data will be passed to Logger for display by BMC AMI Ops Monitor for IMS The use of this field requires the Logger and the BMC AMI Ops Monitor for IMS products to be installed. |
Activate IBM IMS Connect RSM RTN/RSN Codes | Type a slash (/) to activate the IBM IMS Connect RSM RTN/RSN Codes. The RSM RTN/RSN Codes are displayed in IBM IMS Connect format for corresponding RSM RTN/RSN Codes from Energizer. Delete the slash (/) to disable this feature. |
