Specifying the DBD name(s) of the label(s) to select

Database Integrity requires the DBD name or a list of DBD names associated with the labels to select.

Code the DBD keyword to supply this information. For the value of the DBD keyword, code from one to eight complete member names and/or patterns to match (as described in Using-patterns-to-specify-member-names), or code the value ALL to select all of the members in the library for processing.

Warning

Important

If you show or delete labels for a HALDB, you must specify the partition name instead of the MASTER DBD name for the LBLSHOW and LBLDLET control statements.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
