RRN

The RRN keyword enables you specify a range of records. You indicate the range by specifying the relative record number (RRN) for the record at the beginning of the range and the RRN for the record at the end of the range.

You can also indicate only the beginning of the range and use the COUNT keyword to indicate a specific number of blocks to process. The maximum number of blocks processed is 4095 regardless of the range you indicate using the RRN keyword.

The RRN is an integer value, for example: RRN(75,500).

If you specify the RRN keyword, you cannot specify the KEY or RBA keywords. If you omit the KEY, RBA, and RRN keywords, the Segment Dump utility will print the first five blocks.
