The following data is presented for blocks in the root and overflow areas. Data for blocks in the root area is only displayed for the primary data set.
Statistic | Description |

TOTAL BLOCKS | Number of used blocks (this number does not include all allocated blocks) |
AVAILABLE BLOCKS | Number of empty blocks |
AVAILABLE BLOCK BYTES | Number of available bytes in the empty blocks |
BLOCKS WITH FREE SPACE | Number of blocks partially used |
FREE SPACE BLOCK BYTES | Number of available bytes in the partially used blocks |
AVG FREE SPACE BLK BYTES | This average is calculated as follows: FREE SPACE BLOCK BYTES / BLOCKS WITH FREE SPACE |
TOTAL FREE SPACE BYTES | This total is calculated as follows: AVAILABLE BLOCK BYTES + FREE SPACE BLOCK BYTES |
