Number of retry attempts per UOW

You can use the Number of Retry Attempts per UOW option to control how many times you want

AR/CTL

to retry the reattach process within a single UOW.

A successful retry counts as one reattach. This option may be useful when an application program may experience multiple deadlock conditions during execution and you don’t want a deadlock problem within a particular UOW to consume all allowed reattach attempts.
