SCHEMA

(SPE2104)

The SCHEMA option tells UNLOAD PLUS to generate the SET CURRENT SCHEMA statement before the Db2 CREATE TABLE DDL in the SYSCNTL data set when CNTLCARDS DB2DDL or CNTLCARDS DB2 is specified. The table name will be unqualified in the Db2 CREATE TABLE DDL.

For CNTLCARDS DB2, the SCHEMA name is provided as a qualifier for the table name in the LOAD control card.

Warning

Important

  • No validation is performed at the time that you specify the SCHEMA name.
  • If you misspell a SCHEMA name, it results in an error that might affect the execution of subsequent DDL or LOAD statements.
