PADB conversion to universal table spaces

You can run the PADB Starter to create the instructions and JCL that are necessary to convert PADB non-UTS table spaces to UTS.

After the dialog executes, the PAUTSDOC sample in the PADB Starter library contains instructions to determine if the PADB table spaces are already in UTS format. If they are not, the sample contains instructions to perform the conversion to UTS.
