System (RACF authority)

Because Online Consistent Copy does not run as part of the Db2 subsystem, you must have authorization to the underlying data set of a table space or index space. You must have sufficient authority to access the data set through your security system.

Online Consistent Copy also reads the bootstrap data set (BSDS) to get information about inflight transactions. Therefore, you will need READ authorization for the BSDS.
