To enable zIIP processing

  1. Ensure that you have a version of SUF (also known as XBM) that supports zIIP processing, as described in the System-requirements.
  2. Ensure that an SUF (also known as XBM) subsystem is started.
  3. (optional) Use the XBMID installation or command option to specify the SUF (also known as XBM) subsystem that you want REORG PLUS to access.
  4. Ensure that the value of the ZIIP installation or command option is YES.
