Command and syntax reference

This section illustrates command syntax and describes each command option.

The R+/CHANGE ACCUM product provides the following commands:

• The OPTIONS command specifies options that are set at runtime for use with R+/CHANGE ACCUM. You can have more than one OPTIONS statement in a job, but a particular specification can be defined only one time. (See OPTIONS-syntax.)
• The ACCUM command specifies the groups of table spaces for which change accumulation is performed. You can use the ISPF interface to define groups. (See ACCUM-syntax.)
• The LOGSCAN command specifies table spaces and indexes for which log records and bytes are to be counted over a log range, without executing a sort, creating a change accumulation file, or updating the R+/CHANGE ACCUM repository. (See LOGSCAN-syntax.)
• The MODIFY ACCUM command specifies which repository records are to be deleted. This command is accepted by a different load module from the program that accepts the OPTIONS, ACCUM, and LOGSCAN commands. (See MODIFY-ACCUM-syntax.)
