Value

Description

DB2ssid

Db2 subsystem ID or the name of the Db2 data sharing group to which the command applies.

opertuneID

OPERTUNE system profile name (if OPERTUNE is running as a started task) or the batch job name (if OPERTUNE is running as a batch job).

DISABLE

Keep Alive probing for this subsystem is disabled.

ENABLE

TCP/IP Keep Alive configuration value is not overridden.

value

The TCP/IP Keep Alive configuration value is overridden with the specified value. Specify a value in seconds of 1 to 65534.

Avoid using very small values. KeepAlive detection is accomplished by probing the network based on the time that is entered in the KeepAlive parameter. A small KeepAlive value can cause excessive network traffic and system resource consumption.

NORESET

The changes you request remain in effect until the Db2 subsystem is cycled.
