CHKPTFRQ—Checkpoint frequency of element
Use the Modify Checkpoint Frequency panel or the CHKPTFRQ command to specify the value for the checkpoint frequency. This value specifies either the number of log records that Db2 writes or the number of minutes Db2 waits between the start of successive checkpoints. The new value is used immediately. If both values are specified, a checkpoint is taken when the first threshold is reached.
