Troubleshooting SmartSwitch

If SmartSwitch fails when attempting to switch a job from LOADPLUS to BMC AMI Load, resubmit the original LOADPLUS JCL with the LOADPLUS restart parameter:

  • If BMC AMI Load can run the failed job, SmartSwitch automatically translates the restart parameter specified in LOADPLUS's PARM= clause to be BMC AMI Utilities compatible, as follows:
