Supported browsers

For the supported versions of Microsoft Windows, the following table shows which browsers you can use with BMC Workbench.  BMC has tested BMC Workbench on the specific version numbers cited.

Note

BMC Workbench will no longer support Microsoft Internet Explorer according to the following schedule:

  • In May 2020, support for Internet Explorer will end for the New BMC Workbench console
  • In November 2020, support for Internet Explorer will end for the Classic BMC Workbench console

Also to use the Classic Workbench console, you must have Adobe Flash Player version 22.0.0.000 or later installed.
