+POC_SHARE

Use +POC_SHARE to tell BMC AMI Unload how to handle jobs with duplicate consistency points. When two BMC AMI Unload jobs run concurrently on tables in the same table space and the same LPAR, they share the same consistency point.

Important

BMC AMI Unload does not apply this parameter when two jobs on tables in the same table space run concurrently on different LPARs, because their connection is never shared.

Operands

YES

(Default) BMC AMI Unload runs both jobs and shares the consistency point.

FAIL

BMC AMI Unload fails upon finding an existing consistency point for the table space containing the tables being unloaded.

Example
+POC_SHARE(FAIL)

In this example, the job fails if BMC AMI Unload finds an existing consistency point.
