+ROLLUP

(SPE2010)

The +ROLLUP parameter specifies whether to roll up statistics when statistics are gathered for a subset of the partitions and some other partitions have no statistics. If you specify YES, the statistics for the partitions being processed in the utility are gathered from the utility and summed with the statistics from the Db2 Catalog for partitions not being processed.

Operands

YES

(Default) Roll up statistics even though some partitions might not have statistics available

NO

Only roll up statistics if statistics are available for all partitions.

Important

If you specify DEFAULT causing the value to be set from the Db2 ZPARM STATROLL, the message NGTT045 is issued.
