+COUNT


The +COUNT parameter specifies how many column values are collected for statistics. This parameter is only used for BMC AMI Stats.

You can set +COUNT in the BMC AMI Utilities configuration to specify the default COUNT value for your installation. You can override +COUNT by specifying COUNT in the SYSIN DD statement.

Specifies the number of column values collected. Specify any value from 1 through 100.

+COUNT(10) tells BMC AMI Stats to gather statistics for 10 values in each column.

Tip

You can use FREQVAL in the syntax to override a +COUNT value specified in the BMC AMI Utilities configuration or in the STTPARMS DD:

KEYCARD FREQVAL NUMCOLS numberColumns COUNT 9 MOST
