BMC AMI Stats parameters (STTPARMS DD)
Each BMC AMI Utility has a set of product-specific parameters that let you control how the product processes and uses resources. For BMC AMI Utilities, you can include any of these parameters in your DD statement in your utility job stream to override the configured values. You can change the settings for these parameters at any time.
Also available are global parameters, specified in the UTLPARMS DD, that apply to all BMC AMI Utilities. STTPARMS DD for BMC AMI Stats are also used as global statistics parameters for all BMC AMI Utilities that gather, report, and update statistics.
Installing a BMC AMI Utility configures the defaults for the global parameters, separately for each IBM Db2 subsystem. Each job can then override these default global parameters, if needed. The job output of each BMC AMI Utility lists the default parameters and any overrides.
