Required authorities for Explains and the What-If Index feature

If you encounter authorization SQL errors (such as -551, -552) when you perform Explains or use the What-If Index feature, your authid has insufficient authority. This section summarizes the procedures and authorities that you need to run the Explain feature and the What-If Index feature.
