+BEFOREACC

The presence of +BEFOREACC(UT) tells BMC AMI Reorg to check for a concurrently running IBM REORG utility. During installation, the configuration process adds +BEFOREACC(UT) to your BMC AMI Reorg parameter data set. The only value that you can specify with this parameter is UT.

BMC AMI Reorg checks at the beginning of the reorganization and before the change apply or rename stage begins. If it finds that the object is in any UT status, BMC AMI Reorg skips the object. BMC AMI Reorg fails with a return code 4 for UTRW and UTUT statuses and with a return code 8 for UTRO status.
