Authorizations for ARMBGEN

You must have the following authorizations to execute the ARMBGEN program:

  • APF authorization for the BMC AMI Recovery Manager load library
  • EXECUTE authority for the BMC AMI Recovery Manager Db2 plan
  • TYPE O (OPEN) authority for the groups (or SYSADM or system DBADM authority)
  • Authority to update the output data set for the JCL
