This option specifies the minimum number of seconds between retries.

You can specify any integer from 1 to 1800.

If you do not specify DRNDELAY, REBUILD INDEX uses the DRNWAIT value multiplied by DRNRETRY value.

You can override DRNDELAY installation option at run time by using the RETRY_DELAY integer option from the REBUILD INDEX command. For more information, see RETRY_DELAY integer in SHRLEVEL.
