Cleaning up the BMCUTIL and BMCSYNC tables

You can clean up after an

BMC AMI Recover

 run terminates abnormally by executing

BMC AMI Recover

with the same utility ID and specifying TERM as the value of the restart parameter.

This cleanup deletes all rows for the utility ID in the BMCUTIL and BMCSYNC tables.
