The HISTORY option specifies whether 

BMC AMI Recover

 is to update the BMCHIST table. Valid values are YES and NO. The default value is YES. If you specify YES, 

BMC AMI Recover

 updates the BMCHIST table by writing one row per 

BMC AMI Recover

 job step. If you specify NO, 

BMC AMI Recover

 bypasses any updates to the BMCHIST table.
