Example 2: Recovering to the current state


This example illustrates two ways of recovering a partitioned table space and an index on the table in the table space to the current state.

One job uses REBUILD INDEX (Example-2A-Using-REBUILD-INDEX), and the other job uses RECOVER INDEX (Example-2B-Using-RECOVER-INDEX). The EARLYRECALL option is also used in both jobs, causing data sets to be scheduled for recall before other activities begin.
