STORAGE


STORAGE is a Data Collector command that you can issue only from the command text area of the Data Collector Command Interface panel (DOMECMDA) or from the system operator console.

STORAGE displays details of storage usage for a specific Data Collector, job, or task on the system.

Syntax of the STORAGE command

Parameter

Description

DCssid

The subsystem ID of the Data Collector. Use this parameter only when issuing the command from the console. When the command is issued from the Data Collector Command Interface panel, it applies automatically to the currently selected Data Collector.

none

When issued without a parameter, the STORAGE command produces a summary map listing of storage for the Data Collector.

jobName

(Optional) The name of an active job or task (running on the same z/OS system as the Data Collector) for which storage details are to be displayed (in the VSMLIST format).
