Other issues
- In the following pages, the definition list has lost its GUID anchors for the definition list terms. Wherever there is a link to any of the definition list terms, an anchor has to be added at the term and the link has to be modified accordingly. Without restoring the anchors, the links seem to redirect to the top of the page.
