+MAXMEMORY

The +MAXMEMORY parameter specifies the number of 1M blocks of memory to allocate for processing by each server. If insufficient memory exists for processing, the product issues a WAITING FOR MEMORY message to CDBPRINT until the condition is resolved.

You can set the value of this parameter using the XSUTGLOB-global-variable-definition-automation-control-point

MAXMEMORY.png

numberMemBlocks

An integer from 100 to 65535 representing the number of 1M blocks

(SPE2010) Default is 1024. If a user's pre configured value is less than 100 then BMC AMI Utilities configuration will use the minimum value of 100.

If you did not explicitly specify a value for +MAXMEMORY then, the new default value is 100.

Example
+MAXMEMORY(2048)

Processing allocates 2048 x 1M (or 2G) of memory for unload processing.
