+DECP

+DECP enables you to identify a DECP entry that is to be loaded under the +LOADDECP(YES) processing. (SPE2010) The default value is DSNHDECP.

  • The +DECP parameter value can have a maximum of 20 characters and can contain variables.
  • The resolved variable name can not be longer than 8 characters in length.
  • An error encountered in resolving this variable name will cause the BMC AMI Utilities run to fail.
  • The +DECP parameter is validated and used only if +LOADDECP(YES) is in use.
  • DECP is the default value that gets distributed for the UNLOAD parameters +DATEFMT and +TIMEFMT.
