BMC AMI Utilities SQL language


BMC AMI Utilities provide a SQL-like language known as the BMC AMI Utilities SQL language. This language provides constructs and built-in functions similar to the Db2 SQL language.

BMC AMI Utilities use the BMC AMI Utilities SQL language in the following contexts:

  • WHERE clause
  • Select list
  • Index on expression (IOE)
  • Check constraints
  • BMC AMI Utility Manager
  • ORDER by
  • VALUE clause in BMC AMI Load
