Parameters for SMFDB2
The following table summarizes the required parameters:
IFCIDMAP(name) | Specifies the name of the MAP, normally M_IFCIDs, that contains a mapping from IFCID numbers to textual descriptions. This map is used to display IFCID descriptions and severities if TRACE(PARM) is specified. This parameter is required. |
IFCIDs(IFCID-spec [SEVerity(severity)]) | Specifies one or more DB2 IFCID1 types to be formatted by BMC AMI Defender for z/OS. This parameter is optional. |
SEVerity(severity) | Specifies the default RFC 3164 Severity code for the event type. Specify one of the Severities in Syslog Facilities and Severities in BMC AMI Defender documentation. Also, See that manual for a discussion of DB2 severity defaults if SEVerity(), IFCIDs(), or both are not specified. |
