Copying an index for a What-If scenario


Use the following procedure to copy an index, edit it, and save it as a What-If index in a What-If scenario.

To copy an index

  1. Create a What-If scenario and select an index. For more information, see Creating and editing a What-If index scenario.
  2. Click Copy.
  3. In the Index Attributes dialog box, change the name and edit any other index attributes. For more information, see Adding an index to a What-If scenario.
  4. Click Finish. The wizard closes, and the results pane shows the new index with NG_plus_circle_dgreen.png beside it.
