Removing a template

Use the following procedure to remove templates that you own.

Warning

Important

Superusers can remove their templates and templates that other users own.

To remove a template

  1. In the upper left corner of the New console, click Apps
  2. Click Template NG_file_template_o_blue.png .

  3. Select your user name from the Filter by owner menu, and filter the templates so that you can see only templates that you created.

    Warning

    Important

    Skip this step if you are a superuser and intend to remove another user's templates.

  4. In the navigation tree, navigate to and select the template.You can use Ctrl+Click to select more than one template.
  5. Click Remove NW_minus_circle_o.png.
  6. When asked to confirm, click Yes.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
