Troubleshooting general browser issues
Issues
Some of the issues that can be resolved are as follows:
- BMC AMI Command Center cannot connect to User Interface Middleware (UIM).
- The wrong product version for BMC AMI Command Center is displayed at login.
- Apps are unavailable.
- Messages indicate that a maintenance level was not found.
- Missing or malfunctioning features after a product upgrade.
Resolution
On the page with the issue, perform the following steps:
- Press Ctrl+F5 to force the browser to retrieve the page from the server instead of loading it from the cache.
- Log in to BMC AMI Command Center.
- Check the page with the issue.
- If you are still experiencing the issue, contact BMC Support.
