+SQLID

Db2 utilities must update the Db2 Catalog.  BMC AMI Utilities by default will use the Install SYSADM authority to make these updates.  This does not give the utility submitter any Db2 Catalog authority.  If it is the installations practice to remove authority from the Install SYSADM, the installation can specify an alternate authid for this access using AMI configuration parameter +SQLID.
You can specify the parameter only in the BMC AMI Utilities configuration jobs NGT$GLBL or NGT$OPTS. You cannot specify or override this parameter in individual jobs.

Important

The +SQLID value is hidden and appears in CDBPRINT or during a utility run as a series of asterisks (*). One asterisk for each character in the +SQLID value, for example, +SQLID(*****).

The values are defined as follows:

sqlID

A valid SQLID for the Db2 system on which a product is being run.

&DBM1ID

The product uses the user ID of the Db2 DBM1 address space.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
