The Session Log records 

Catalog Manager

 commands, DML commands, and DB2 TERM UTILITY commands executed by users during 

Catalog Manager

 sessions, the data is stored until you purge or archive old entries.

Any DDL that is generated by a Catalog Manager command, and then executed is automatically logged in the Audit Log.
