Use BMC AMI DevX Data Studio and the BMC AMI DevX File-AID Data Editor to understand data relationships and manage various file types.

VSAM: Edit and manipulate VSAM data, compare files and visualize MVS relationships.

IMS: Edit and manipulate IMS data and visualize IMS databases.

Relational Data: Edit and manipulate SQL Server, Oracle or Db2 data.

SQL-Development: SPUFI-like ad-hoc tool to query and manipulate relational data.

Use BMC AMI DevX Data Studio to disguise production data when moving it to a Test or Development environment.

Disguise Rules: Create a data privacy project and disguise rules to protect sensitive data such as names, SSNs, phone numbers, birthdates, emails, and more.

Composite Rules: Create a Composite Rule to handle First and Last Names combined into one field or column and execute the disguise rules against a table.

You may choose between the following to extract the data from either a SQL Server database or from z/OS Db2.
