update

Use the <update> command element to update option values within specified option sets. Do not issue this command unless directed to do so by BMC Support.

Indicates whether to save the option set if it contains errors.

Valid values are yes and no. If you specify yes, the <update> command saves the option set even if it contains existing errors or if the updates from the LGCUPD DD statement contains errors. Only valid updates are saved.
