Incident Triage dashlet
Use the Incident Triage dashlet to view a list of incidents sorted by urgency. You can specify the period for which the dashlet shows incidents, and configure multiple dashlets to monitor different Watchpoints or time periods side-by-side.
The dashlet displays the most significant correlated root causes so that you can pinpoint the problem and determine the correct action to take without exiting the dashlet. As you handle incoming incidents, you can acknowledge or archive them.
Incident Triage dashlet
The dashlet shows a list of incidents sorted by urgency rating.
An incident's urgency rating is a value between 1 and 100 that indicates how important an incident is relative to other incidents. The higher the urgency rating number means the greater the seriousness of the problem. The system calculates the incident urgency rating by the following incident factors:
- The duration of the incident
- The number of user sessions the incident affects
- How abnormal is the incident
You must configure the incident detection rules associated with the Watchpoint. For example, if you want the dashlet to display performance, availability, and traffic volume incidents for your Logon-Page Watchpoint, it is necessary to configure the Watchpoint's performance, availability, and traffic volume incident detection rules.
