Number of R/W packet errors encountered (PacketErrs)

Monitors the number of packet errors encountered by the ASE while reading and writing packets from the network. The value represents the number of errors occurring between polls of the parameter.

PATROL calculates PacketErrs from the change in @@packet_errors that occurs between polls of the parameter. @@packet_errors is a global variable that the ASE increments when it detects errors while sending and receiving packets.
