Upload an SNMP Trap MIB to Netreo

Users with the SuperAdmin access level can now upload SNMP trap MIB files to Netreo, which will then automatically use them files to provide human-readable text in alert notifications generated from traps sent by the device types associated with the uploaded MIB.

To upload an SNMP trap MIB to Netreo:

  1. From the main menu select Administration > Tools > Upload SNMP Trap MIB to navigate to the MIB Upload page.
  2. Select Browse to locate the MIB you want to upload.
  3. Select Upload MIB.

Once uploaded, selecting a MIB in the UPLOADED MIBS table opens it in a pop-up window. Use the search box to apply a realtime filter to the table to find a MIB quickly.

Once a MIB is uploaded, it cannot be deleted.

 

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
