Integrate BMC Helix ITSM with Workday to create or update a people record in BMC Helix ITSM from a Workday user record. If a Workday user record does not exist in BMC Helix ITSM, a corresponding people record is created in BMC Helix ITSM. If a Workday user record exists in BMC Helix ITSM, that record is updated.
