Configuring the connectors for Proactive Service Resolution for automatic creation of blackout policy for CIs associated to a change

You must add connection configurations and connector accounts to the connectors required for Proactive Service Resolution (PSR). Configure the Helix Ops Mgmt for Blackout and the ITSM for PSR connectors to enable integration wtih BMC Helix Operations Management.

Important

If you have configured automatic routing based on Component Alias, before you activate the flow, configure a global default assignment record to manage events without a Component Alias.

Additionally, you can set permissions and add throttling controls.

For more information about the end-to-end configuration process, see Configuring-connectors.
