Finding existing flows
To view personal flows from My Flows
- Log in to BMC Helix Integration Studio and click My Flows.
- (Optional) To find a particular flow, in the Search Flows field, enter the flow name.
- (Optional) To refine the collection, click Group by, and then select a group and a sort order.
- You can group flows by App/Service (the connecting application or service), Category (flow categories; refer to the table below), or State (active, inactive, or pending).
- You can sort flows by Title (names in alphabetical order) or Usage (usage rate).

To view catalog flows from Catalog
- Log in to BMC Helix Integration Studio.
- To view available catalog flows, click Catalog, as shown in the following illustration:
- (Optional) To find a particular flow, In the Search Flows field, enter the flow name.
- (Optional) To refine the collection, click Group by, and then select a group and a sort order.
- You can group flows by App/Service (the connecting application or service), Category (flow categories; refer to the table below), or State (active, inactive, or pending).
- You can sort flows by Title (names in alphabetical order), Rank (user rating), or Usage (usage rate).
- You can click See All to see all catalog flows in a group.
- (Optional: admin only) To see the list of catalog flows, click Flows. To refine the collection, click Filter by, and then click a filter type and a value.
