This topic provides information about the supported languages by Remedy Single Sign-On.

Remedy SSO Admin Console locale

Remedy SSO is installed in English, and English is the only language supported for Remedy SSO Admin Console. 

End user pages localization

Remedy SSO provides localization support only for pages displayed to end users. The following end user pages are  localized:

  • Login page
  • Change password page
  • Multi Service Provider (MSP) page
  • Digital Service Management page
  • Сonsent page for OAuth 2.0 flow
  • System messages (errors, information messages and warnings)

The end user pages are localized according to this flow: 

  1. Remedy SSO checks the browser language:
    1. If the browser language is supported by Remedy SSO, then the browser language is used for translating the end user page.
    2. If the browser language is not supported by Remedy SSO, then Remedy SSO performs the check described in step 2.
  2.   Remedy SSO checks the user locale:
    1. If the user locale is supported by Remedy SSO, then the browser language is used for translating the end user page.
    2. If the user locale is not supported by Remedy SSO, then the default English language is applied.

Supported languages for end user pages

 Remedy SSO pages visible to end users are localized into the following languages: 

  • English
  • French
  • German
  • Brazilian Portuguese
  • Italian
  • Spanish
  • Japanese
  • Simplified Chinese
  • Russian
  • Korean

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
