Best practice
After you have configured the general settings for Remedy SSO server, BMC recommends that you back up the configuration setting by exporting the configuration to a local file. If required, you can import the configuration backup to the Remedy SSO server at any time. For details, see Importing-and-exporting-Remedy-SSO-server-configuration.
